Solar Operations Specialist

Job Description

The Solar Operations Specialist shall be responsible for supporting the Company's solar operations by ensuring proper inventory management, technical verification of solar materials, warehouse organization, project material preparation, and field installation support. The position serves as a bridge between warehouse operations and field technical activities to ensure that materials, equipment, and project requirements are properly coordinated and executed.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory of solar equipment and materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and housekeeping.

• Verify electrical and solar materials before issuance.
• Identify wires, breakers, connectors, inverters, solar panels, and related components.
• Assist in troubleshooting material-related concerns.
• Support quality control of incoming materials.
• Field Operations
• Assist in solar installation projects.
• Prepare materials for deployment.
• Support engineers during installations and commissioning.
• Perform rooftop installation support when required.
• Assist in testing and inspection activities.
• Administrative
• Prepare inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Project Teams.
• Monitor stock movements.
• Report inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related technical course.
• Underboard Electrical Engineers are highly encouraged to apply.
