We are seeking a highly strategic, technical, and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, manage key client accounts, and secure major projects. In this role, you will leverage your engineering background to build trusted partnerships, align complex client requirements with our technical solutions, and lead a high-performing business development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development initiatives for key accounts and major projects
• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives
• Oversee proposal development, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment and project execution
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the business development team
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities

Qualifications

• Registered Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in business development, key accounts management, or sales leadership
• Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
