Lead Aircon Technician

Job Description

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain split-type and window-type air conditioning units
• Diagnose issues such as leaks, electrical faults, and mechanical failures
• Perform cleaning, chemical cleaning, and preventive maintenance
• Inspect, test, and replace defective parts or components
• Ensure accurate documentation of work done, materials used, and client feedback
• Comply with safety standards and company protocols
• Coordinate with the team for scheduling, route plans, and parts requests
• Provide basic customer education on AC care and usage

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Aircon Technician (installation and repair)
• Knowledge in troubleshooting, wiring, and refrigerant handling
• TESDA NC II is an advantage but not required
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision
