Audit Staff

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate is analytical, intuitive, and has a keen eye for detail, with a strong interest or background in inventory audit. This role involves both onsite and field work (approximately 50% field-based), and requires the ability to work independently and communicate audit findings effectively in written English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits, with a strong focus on inventory audits at various sites.
• Evaluate and assess internal controls, operational processes, and compliance with company policies.
• Document audit findings clearly and concisely in written audit reports.
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and inefficiencies, and raise audit concerns proactively.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather data and ensure audit completeness.
• Assist in recommending corrective actions and follow-up procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete audit documentation.
• Work under minimum supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business course, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Preferably with experience in auditing, particularly inventory audits (but fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Willing to do field work 50% of the time and work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intuitive with the ability to notice irregularities and discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and professional audit reports in English.
• Self-motivated, with the initiative to raise audit concerns and propose solutions.
• Can work effectively with minimal supervision.
